It is highly recommended that you take advantage of these monthly arrangements to maintain a gradually increasing internet presence, especially for newly built sites.
The real advantage of these monthly Webmaster deals is that you receive a 30% discount on our normal $90/hour rate in exchange for your regular business. All Monthly Webmaster Packages include the following attributes:
- Initial consultation to determine long term site objectives and internet marketing goals;
- Six (6) month minimum duration which continues indefinitely until cancelled by the site owner;
- A report will be sent at the end of each month outlining what progress has been made;
- Require a preexisting site or a site you’ve purchased from E3;
- Access credentials to your site’s Web Host (if not hosted through E3);
- Client can request particular work for each month’s allocated hours. Typical work includes site content updates, graphic design upgrades, functionality installation, SEO audits, etc.
- If requested work for a given month exceeds allocated monthly amount, hours are billed at the normal $90/hour rate;
- If no particular work is requested by the client for a given month, E3 will complete the covered activities listed under each package in accordance with our understanding of your overall internet marketing objectives;
Basic Monthly Webmaster Package – $189/month
Perfect for small businesses, individual job hunters, or freelancers. Receive 3 hours of work each month. Covered activities include:
- One (1) Search Engine Optimized blog post each month, including Featured Image and Content Banner graphic design;
- Onsite SEO of non-blog areas;
- Integration and management of admin and SEO plugins;
- Integration of video and rich media content provided by site owner;
- Integration of social media accounts and other “outposts”;

The work completed each month varies greatly from site to site. Your site may require little onsite SEO but significant content updating. Alternatively, your site may be built with proper SEO, but needs a robust blogging effort and social media campaign.
